We rang Kassgas on Wednesday afternoon. By Thursday afternoon we had a new boiler. Billy fitted our boiler, he was extremely polite and tidy, even taking his shoes off each time he came into the house.
Not enough words to praise him enough. He took time to explain how to work the new boiler and controls to two pensioners.
Billy and Matt were about to leave when we mentioned that our stop tap was leaking. They stayed behind and fitted a new one. It was heartwarming to meet two young men who didn’t want to rip us off.
We would and already have spread the word about this company.
Billy and Matt just installed a new boiler. They recommended Ideal with a 12 year warranty. They turned up on time within a week of providing a very good quote.
They removed the old boiler, installed the new one, flushed the radiators, added inhibitor, installed a new Halo wireless thermostat and checked everything was working in the space of 5 hours.
They removed all the rubbish and left a very tidy finish. I would definitely recommend them.

What can I say, Kassgas are a company that go over and above. Originally called them out to repair a leaking boiler, which then decided it wouldn’t work and they came back again the same day to sort.
The issue causing the boiler to not work was nothing to do with the work they had done earlier that day and due to the sink waste pipe not being connected!! However they spent about an hour and half sorting this issue for me and charged nothing extra. Such a friendly, kind and personal service and will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you, you were amazing.

I called kassgas after my boiler stopped working and started leaking water, engineer came out found it need and new expansion vessel, gave me a quote very reasonable i thought so we went ahead. Two gents turned up today and changed vessel only to find I think it was the sensor they said was wet so the fan wasn’t working, they didn’t just say you need a new one like some others I no doubt would, they asked for my wife’s hairdryer and set to work for ten minutes trying to dry it out. Well to my surprise they fixed it. To say I am super happy is an understatement not only with saving money but with the genius of these two gents to not just go that’s broke that mate. Cheers kassgas will definitely use again.

Had a new boiler installation plus 3 rads and an outside tap installed recently. The service from Kassgas was excellent from start to finish.
