The Baxi 400 Combi Boiler is the base model from Baxi. With its 5-year warranty as standard out of the box and its small size makes it a perfect budget item for any home. The Baxi 400 is designed to fit inside any kitchen cupboard, its optional standoff kit makes it easily installed in any scenario allowing the pipes to run down the back of the boiler. It’s easy to use display and integrated pressure gauge make it one of the easiest boilers to use on the market. The 400 is a great option for most homes, between its 24 kW and 28 kW option it is suitable for small to medium-sized homes that don’t require much hot water demand at once.
A Kilowatt (kW) is the amount of gas that your boiler can use at any one time, the bigger the kW, the more hot water it can give you.
