The number of properties in the private rented sector in the UK has been steadily increasing over the years, rising from 2.8 million in 2007 to 4.5 million is 2017 and still rising. With more and more new landlords entering the market, we are here to help assist you with the running of your property portfolio, be it one property or hundreds, we will provide the same level of quality and service we always do. We provide landlord gas safety certificates as mentioned below plus emergency callouts for plumbing/drainage and small plumbing jobs such a tap replacements, toilet repairs and radiator swaps.
To comply with gas regulations, all gas appliances must undergo a gas safety check each year by a gas safe registered engineer. Once this has been completed You will be provided with a copy of your landlord certificate, also known as a CP12 in an electronic format and a paper copy will be left in the property. Kassgas Ltd will also retain a copy for the 5 year minimum.
A gas safety certificate can be carried out anytime between 10 and 12 months after the last check without affecting the original expiry date. Any issues with gas appliances found during a landlord gas safety Certificate will be passed onto the landlord and remedial action taken where appropriate.

Billy fitted our boiler, he was extremely polite and tidy he even took his shoes off each time he came into the house. Not enough words to praise him enough, he took time to explain how to work the new boiler and controls to two pensioners.

Billy and Matt just installed a new boiler. They recommended Ideal with a 12 year warranty. They turned up on time within a week of providing a very good quote. they removed the old boiler, installed the new one, flushed the radiators, added inhibitor, installed new halo wireless thermostats and checked everything was working ok in the space of 5 hours. They removed all the rubbish and left a very tidy finish.
