As you may know, your boiler must be serviced annually to ensure your manufacturer warranty remains valid. This annual service also ensures your boiler is running clean and efficiently as well as checking all safety devices.
Our Boiler Service Package
As part of our boiler service package you will receive a number of benefits listed below;
- 1 Callout out per year free of charge (first year unlimited)
- Priority weekend appointments
- Full system flush every 2nd year
- Battery replacement of wireless thermostat (if installed)

Terms and Conditions
Service date - Boiler with warranty
Your annual service as stated by your boiler manufacturer must be carried out once a year. This can be done at any time within reason, we try to keep within 2 months either side of your boiler installation date. For example if your boiler was installed in July we may contact you for your annual service between May and September.
Service date - Boiler without warranty
For those with an older boiler out of warranty, an initial boiler service must be carried out at a cost of £60. If the boiler passes all relevant checks your cover and monthly payments will begin the following month.
Cancellation
Kassgas Boiler service contract can be cancelled within 14 days free of charge. After 14 days, cancellation can be made at any time however any payments made will not be refunded.
