We rang Kassgas on Wednesday afternoon. By Thursday afternoon we had a new boiler. Billy fitted our boiler, he was extremely polite and tidy he even took his shoes off each time he came into the house. Not enough words to praise him enough, he took time to explain how to work the new boiler and controls to two pensioners.
Billy and Matt were about to leave when we mentioned that our stop tap was leaking, they stayed behind and fit a new one. It was heartwarming to meet two young men who didn’t want to rip us off.

Billy and Matt just installed a new boiler. They recommended Ideal with a 12 year warranty. They turned up on time within a week of providing a very good quote. they removed the old boiler, installed the new one, flushed the radiators, added inhibitor, installed new halo wireless thermostats and checked everything was working ok in the space of 5 hours. They removed all the rubbish and left a very tidy finish.
