✅ What Is a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)?
A Gas Safety Certificate (also known as a CP12) is a legal requirement under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. It confirms that all gas appliances in a rental property have been checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer and are safe to use.
You must have a valid CP12 issued every 12 months.

We rang Kassgas on Wednesday afternoon. By Thursday afternoon we had a new boiler. Billy fitted our boiler, he was extremely polite and tidy he even took his shoes off each time he came into the house. Not enough words to praise him enough, he took time to explain how to work the new boiler and controls to two pensioners.

Billy and Matt just installed a new boiler. They recommended Ideal with a 12 year warranty. They turned up on time within a week of providing a very good quote. they removed the old boiler, installed the new one, flushed the radiators, added inhibitor, installed new halo wireless thermostats and checked everything was working ok in the space of 5 hours. They removed all the rubbish and left a very tidy finish.
